In 1979, as a young teenager, I asked my parents for Black Sabbath’s Paranoid album as a Christmas present. Much to my chagrin, my mother considered it to have satanic messages so I was gifted Rapper’s Delight by the Sugarhill Gang instead - a very good choice by the way.

I loved music even before then, as I recall riding in the car with my sisters, and singing along to radio hits of the 70s.

Here I am today, 50 years later, and we have created Walker Records. An independent record label producing tunes across different genres such as latin, pop, and blues rock. We hope you enjoy and share our music.
